The mission of BTPC is to create a peaceful, unique, and nostalgic experience for celebrations such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, reunions, baptism/religious receptions, Mother’s Day and so much more!

A recent graduate of Framingham State University, Mary Elizabeth worked hard to graduate Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in finance. Studying finance was an invaluable experience when it would come to starting her own business, but it didn't always satisfy Mary Elizabeth's creative side. She joined her school's Her Campus chapter, and would eventually hold the role of president of the chapter. During her time as president, she excelled at connecting with people, building leadership skills, and working on all things creative.

After many successful tea parties in her own home, most notably her sister's wedding reception and then her baby shower, Mary Elizabeth decided to take baking classes at Cambridge School of Cullinary Arts to further her skills. The successful parties and new skills gained in the baking class sparked the need to share her passion with everyone else. Thus, Boston Tea Party Company was created, allowing Mary E. to share her recipes, her tea sets, and most importantly, her love for elegance with everyone who would let her be part of their next occassion.
